MXP Band Cylinder
MXP band cylinder profiled rail design uses recirculating ball technology to reduce friction and extend actuator life. Solid bearing design reduces stress concentration by 59% for optimum performance. Internal bearing design is permanently lubricated for long trouble-free service.
Durable stainless steel bands will not expand like elastomer (non-metallic) bands, providing reliable sealing over the life of the actuator.

RSX Extreme Force Electric Linear Actuator
The RSX family of extreme force electric linear actuators are more efficient and flexible compared to hydraulic cylinders. Designed and tested for 100% duty cycle, the RSX family of hydraulic class actuators will be capable of up to 50,000 lbf (222.5 kN). The first RSX actuator in the family, the RSX-096 is capabable of 30,000 lbf (133.5 kN) and is designed to withstand extreme conditions and cold-weather operation.
ACSI Integrated Servo Motor/Drive/Controller
The ACSI with an integrated servo motor creates a space-saving machine design by eliminating a drive in a cabinet. The ACSI can be controlled with simple digital I/O (24Vdc), analog input (0-10Vdc or 4-20mA) or robust industrial Ethernet: EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP. Optimized for linear or rotary operation. With built-in configurations for all of Tolomatic's electric actuators, the ACSI integrated servo motor/drive/controller creates linear motion quickly and easily in the desired linear units.
Slide-Rite® Right Angle Gearboxes
The slide-rite®, like the classic Float-a-shaft®, is a universal right angle gearbox. It consists of two 45° helical gears that mesh at right angles, designed to turn power at 90°. It can be operated in either direction and can slide axially along the drive or driven shaft. The slide-rite® gearbox’s unique floating design maintains perfect shaft alignment for easy installation.
A solid one-piece aluminum housing seals the gears from outside contaminants, providing for smooth operation in harsh industrial environments.
Float-A-Shaft® Right Angle Gearboxes
The classic Float-a-shaft®, is a universal right angle gearbox. It consists of two 45° helical gears that mesh at right angles, designed to turn power at 90°. It can be operated in either direction and can slide axially along the drive or driven shaft.

These brakes feature replaceable, highgrade friction material, standard Buna-N seals, aluminum construction and zinc plated bolts. Options include retractable pistons, EPR seals, seals of Viton® material and floating bracket.
Hydraulic Caliper Disc Brakes
Tolomatic hydraulic brakes are available in the widest variety of sizes. From the H10 Series up to the H960 Series, these brakes are sure to supply the braking torque required for the application. Available in both single acting or double acting. These brakes feature replaceable, high-grade friction material, standard Buna-N seals, aluminum or cast iron construction, bleeder screws and zinc plated bolts. Options include retractable pistons, EPR seals, seals of Viton® material and floating bracket.
Mechanical Caliper Disc Brakes
Tolomatic manufactures a broad range of mechanical brakes in these series: ME10, ME20, ME220 and MB3. Designed for use in areas that do not have access to other types of power, these single acting calipers feature replaceable, high-grade friction material, aluminum or cast iron construction and zinc plated bolts.
Hydraulic/Mechanical Brakes
These Tolomatic brakes combine hydraulic and mechanical braking in one caliper. Available in the H/ME20 Series and H/ME220 Series these single acting calipers deliver high braking torque in a small package. Features include: replaceable, high-grade friction material, standard EPR seals, aluminum or cast iron construction, bleeder screws and zinc plated bolts. Options include Buna-N seals and floating brackets.
Spring Applied Brakes
Tolomatic offers spring applied brakes in sizes ranging from FS20 Series to FS595 Series. These brakes require pressure (normally hydraulic) for disc release. Braking force is provided by a stack (or stacks) of Belleville spring washers. The concave washers are capable of storing enormous force. When the brake is pressurized a piston(s) moves to compress the spring washer stack(s), thus releasing the disc. These calipers feature replaceable, highgrade friction material, aluminum or cast iron construction, Buna-N seals and zinc plated bolts. Options include EPR seals, seals of Viton® material, retractable pistons and manual compensators.
Disc Cone Clutch
Tolomatic engineers developed the Disc/Cone clutch more than 40 years ago, and it’s still the best disc/cone clutch available in the industry today. In this unique design the cone engages a cup on the pilot plate for immediate, positive engagement with no slippage. Tolomatic Disc/Cone clutches offer high torque and compact profiles in lower cyclic applications. The Disc/Cone clutch is available in two models; the 1200 series and the 1300 series. The 1300 series offers a space saving design, while the 1200 series has a cast iron, heat dissipating finned plate which provides almost 10 times the heat dissipating capacity of the 1300 series model.
