NJ Series Controller
Complete machine control through one connection and one software is how we define the new Sysmac machine control. Our Sysmac NJ machine automation controller that integrates logic, motion, vision and networks uses our new software Sysmac Studio. This single automation software suite integrates configuration, programming, simulation and monitoring of the Sysmac NJ, as well as the EtherCAT machine network to control motion, vision, sensors and actuators. Sysmac is a powerful and robust ONE automation platform.
NX701 Automation Platform

Remote I/O
Open, smart and seamless. Omron offers open networks such as EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNET, and PROFIBUS-DP that allow easy integration in existing installations and ensure compatibility with third party systems. They also offer Compobus/S, Omron's proprietary sensor/actuator bus, for cost efficient, fast and program-less configuration.
Programmable Relays
The ZEN is a compact programmable relay for flexible small scale automation. Programmable relays are easy to program. Basic program knowledge is enough to start. We offer them with CPU’s of 10- or 20-I/O fixed or expandable up-to 44 I/O and/or with communication. They are available with relays- or transistor-outputs and the 12 to 24VDC models have also an analogue input and an 8-digit high-speed counter.

Omron offers a wide range of servo systems from 50W to 15KW power size. The Accurax G5 gives you that extra edge to build faster, accurate, smaller and safer machines while the SmartStep series are the servo alternative for stepper motors.
Accurax G5 Servo Motors
Accurax G5 servo motors include IP67 protection and connectors on the motor body. Use of 10 pole motors and 20 bit encoder results in 40% reduction in motor cogging. The servomotors are 25% lighter and 15% smaller due to patented new stator design PAC-Clamp, 40% iron loss reduction and 15% smaller encoder.
