While traditional multi-camera systems slow down with each additional camera, the processing power of the In-Sight VC200 vision system actually increases with each smart camera added. This incremental power is possible because each smart camera contains its own processor—this allows you to run In-Sight vision tools, such as PatMax Redline, independently on each camera with no reduction in speed of the overall application regardless of how many cameras are attached.

The DataMan 150/260 readers are fully configurable to meet the demand of ID applications today. The DataMan 8000 wireless readers include a DataMan 8x00 handheld reader, an Intelligent Base Station, a Wireless Modular Communication Slide-in Module and a Rechargeable Battery.
The Intelligent Base Station communicates with a host via USB, RS-232 and Ethernet with Industrial Protocols for Ethernet/IP and PROFINET.
The Intelligent Base Station features a spare battery charging slot with LED indicator, uses standard cables for Ethernet, USB and RS-232 and can be powered via PoE or 24V power supply. The new wireless reader provides a long working range-up to 100m -with a large memory capacity for reading codes when offline or out of range.

VisionView 900 Operator Interface Panel
The VisionView 900 is a powerful, low-cost operator interface panel that provides password-protected user control to adjust vision tool parameters and regions of interest without requiring a PC on your factory floor. Nine-inch touch screen gives total control during run-time operation. The LAN port allows you to connect a PC for setup or use with an external switch to connect up to nine systems. Two USB ports facilitate your ability to save failed images for further analysis without interrupting your throughput.
Monitor and control the vision application with a licensed version of the VisionView software that can run on your PC. The VisionView PC software has all of the VisionView features while providing the flexibility of using your own choice of PC and monitor.
Your vision application may also be monitored and controlled by the VisionView interface by connecting larger size VGA monitors via the VisionView VGA adapter.
VisionView VGA provides the flexibility by allowing “control room” viewing of images and results without being limited by the size of the display. The VisionView VGA adapter supports VGA displays of different resolutions, as well as touch screen displays.
